Favorite Ruger Single-Six Barrel Length?

I know this is a matter of personal preference, but I'm just curious .....

What is your favorite Single-Six Barrel Length? I've been thinking about buying one, and personally prefer the appearance of the 4 5/8" or 5 1/2" barrel length.

What's your favorite and why? I never posted a poll before, so I'm not sure if this is going to be a succes .....

I have this one in stainless and prefer the way it balances compared to the other lengths.

4 5/8 for me. Looks good and is long enough to sight down.Works well with both cylinders.

I like the 5.5".

Its a good compromise length.

i like the 6 1/2 " has a longer sight radius and it looks more like the Colt SAA in 71/2 that I would love to have.

I have the 5.5, but when I bought it, for some reason I thought it had the 6.5.

Voted 6.5" ... but it's the only one I've ever owned (or tried) for that matter. Nice balance ... great accuracy. Lots of fun!

5.5" for both the actual balance in handling and the visual balance (it just looks right)

if i wanted somthing longer, i'd go all the way to the 9.5 for the extra sight radius. on the bigger blackhawks, i like the balance of the 4.6" barrel

For some reason 4 5/8" just looks right on a single action. Must've been all those cap guns I saw as a kid...

Mine own stainless Single Six is a 5.5". Come to think of it so is my MKII Target and my S&W Model 41.

THERE IS NO DOUBT THE 5 1/2" LOOKS BEST TO ME BUT

I OWN TWO 6 1/2" SINGLE SIXES, AND A 7 1/2" SINGLE SIX....
I'm forgetting something here...hmmm...
Oh heh, the stainless steel Single Six BISLEY 4 5/8".
But the 5 1/2" version of any SA sixgun always looks so good to me.
