Fast advice needed: S&W Model 63 for $300- buy it?

The S&W Model 63 six shot 22. LR has a 4 inch barrel, target hammer, target sights, recessed chambers, pinned barrel, and is clean, tight, and appears little used. Is $300 a good, bad, or indifferent price for such a revolver?

Edit to add:

Thanks for the help folks, the M63 is now mine. :)

I'd grab it. The 63 is a real sweet shooting .22. I bought mine in 1980. I've taught several people how to shoot using that little .22. Everybody should have atleast one good .22 revolver.

Search the internet and you'll find that 63's are going for well over blue book these days. Seems to be a renewed interest in an all steel J frame with normal sights. Something the 317 has fallen short of. FWIW, $350-$450 is not uncommon for a mint one. It's hard to judge yours without a better condition description. Still, unless it's really beat, I doubt it sits there too long.
