FAL lower reciever disassembly

Could anyone describe the procedure for removing the receiver locking plate to facilitate disassembly of the lower receiver on the FAL? It's been over 15 years since I put my rifle together, and I've forgotten!!

Any help will be appreciated.

turn saftey selector until it comes out, selector lever pointing up. pull out then lift locking plate up too. this allows the pin that holds the trigger/ sear to be removed, than move plate up and forward of the hammer. this removes it from the groove in the pin for the hammer which once removed leaves you with all internals out of the lower. the plunger spring may go airborn on you so before hammer is taken out pop out the plunger unit.
