Failure to charge

In the case of the Lawyer who lost his gun in a Mass school. I heard he lost his LTC and might be getting charged for carrying into a school.

How many Federal firearms laws did he break and is he being charged? Or is this another case where we don't enforce the laws we have?

Frankly, I hope the only thing he is charged with would be "failure to properly retain [his] firearm".

Anything else would be a violation of his 2nd Amendment rights.

Any other charges such as "carrying on school grounds," etc. would set or strengthen any precedent against those of us who already practice civil disobedience.
