extra barrels

i need 1 or 2 more barrels for my H&R and the only way i can find them is to send it to the factory, does anyone have an idea where i can find a couple more? i would like a 28 modified or full choke and a 22 slug barrel. not interested in another gun just to make mine more. versatile. thanks
 
Because of the length of the mag tube, I assume you already know that 870 barrels won't fit.

What length barrels are you wanting?

From what I've priced, most Mossberg and Remington pump barrels run $110 - $200 respectively. You could buy either the Pardner Field or the Protector for about $190 and get the entire shotgun. Then you would have other back up parts as well.

How did we get from an H&R break open to a pump? Anyway, Remingtons interchange pretty close. A few years ago I got a .410 1100 barrel really cheap (new) and it had a full rib. I changed the ring (Had to silver solder) that goes over the extension tube and put sights on it and used it as a spare for the 870. It looks like they use bronze rods to weld the original on.

I'll try again. If you want to have 1 gun with multiple barrel your best bets are the 870 and Mossberg 500. With most others the cost is such that you are better off buying a whole gun.
