Ron,
A buddy of mine has a SAR-1 and so far it has performed flawlessly and accurace is fair, about 4 inches at 50 yards with open sights. I can't say for sure that it was a Century import however. You'll probably want to check around on the AK forum, some models do not have properly heat treated hammers. Imports now have to have a certain percentage of US parts & a few importers have really cut corners.
Wolf ammo is ok. One thing to watch, in the 7.62x39 they offer it loaded with actual copper jacketed bullets & with the By-Metal eastern block bullets. Naturally by-metal is much cheeper & fine for plinking with a AK or SKS.
Out of my 7.62x39 Ruger MKII the Copper jacked bullets perform fairly well, producing 2 1/2 to 3 inch groups at 100 yards. I've had no mis-fires or problems with this gun.
However, my mini 30 suffered many a mis-fire due to the hard primers. Thus, it has returned to a Federal & reload diet.
I don't shoot the by-metal out of my American guns. Just don't like the idea of forcing steel through steel. k
