Experiences with KY Imports re: Glock mags?

I'm thinking of getting several used Glock mags from this company and was wondering what people thought of the company, any possible problems, quality of merchandise (is it as advertised) etc.

Also, I've seen rebuild kits for Glock mags. Will Glock replace the tube if it is damaged?
 
I have bought new hi caps from them with no problems. On hi caps Glock will not replace the tube.
 
I've bought only new from them until my last order, which was supposedly in VG condition. It arrived in Good condition. Would think about this before I ordered used from them.
 
I think they tend to overestimate the condition of used items. If they advertise something as "used/very good condition" - I would call it definitely used but sevicable. Used magazines will have visible wear marks and probably dirty. If you want usable servicable high cap mags and not something to polish and put in the safe for later, you should be Ok for the prices they charge.
