My Kimber Eclipse had this little problem where the hammer fell whenever the slide was released. I called Kimber and told them the situation and they said this was an unsafe condition. They told me to overnight the pistol and they would take a look. Guess what? Kimber doesn't cover the shipping like most gun manufacturers I've dealt with. Needless to say I was a little upset. However, I sent the pistol to them overnight on Tuesday and the gun arrived repaired today, Thursday. Wow, what fast service. I don't even mind paying the shipping with that kind of turn around.
