Experience with EAA Windicator?

Has anyone any experience with this revolver?

EAA Windicator in .357MAG or 38SPL 6RD

Held one once, but that's about it.

Sure didn't feel or look like a well built revolver by any means.

I have the 38 special, it's not a real cheap nor costly gun, the accuracy is very good and I've put well over 1,000 rounds thru mine with no trouble. I believe they are made in germany and they function real good, really have nothing bad to say about the gun, just that it works. Charllie

The 357 has a bad rep as far as the basic metallurgy goes . They're not high-quality guns.

Only good thing about the Windicator is the name is cool.

It was originally supposed to be "Vindicator", but some in Germany thought it sounded too militarily aggressive. True.

Interesting that RGs and Rhoms will get more money used than they did when sold as new in the 60's for $12.00.

Yes. $12.00 in 1960 adjusted for inflation is about $93.00 today. So you two are both correct.

Anyways, most of the reviews I've seen seem to range from "meh" to unfavorable.

If it were extremely cheap, I might be tempted.

.38 Spec. E.A.A. Windicator

Can .38 Special +P bullets be used in this gun? I have the crome, 4" barrell model.

Also, how about The Armscor .38 Special with a 4" barrell?
