expected accuracy of AR-7

I was looking at the gun-show in Hampton VA and I saw a neet little piece. It was manufatured by AR-7 industries, had a plasic sleeved steel barrel, otherwise it was a regular AR-7.

Questions: Does anybody know the type of accuracy from this I could expect at 150-200 yards? I hear the Henry version is better..is this true? Would the "chipmunk" single shot be a better coise for accuracy and portability?

If it's a 22 Long Rifle caliber...

you are better off keeping your shots to 75 yards and less. They drop a whole lot past that distance.
