Exotic/Unique .22's-What are my options?

I'm thinking about getting another .22. Anyway, I was wondering what type of company's produce unique/weird/exotic looking and/or functioning .22's. I would prefer non-semiauto, but let me know of any semi-auto exotic .22's also. So far, I've seen the Henry Repeating Arms U.S. Survival rifle---btw, anyone ever used this rifle? How is it for accuracy/durability? Thanks a lot, looking forward to your replies.:D

An Anschütz with a 2X13 metal stock.

These will run $2k+ depending on action. Extremely accurate, though.

thanx

thanks, keep 'em comin!!!!!!
I myself really like the idea of the pump-action .22's, such as the Remington 572 BDL Fieldmaster---much faster than bolt action, and they have that cool "chuc chuck" sound when the cock....

I'm partial to the old Winchester 22s. Try looking at an old Model 52, 75, or 69. If you find a real oldie it's truly exotic, peep sight only and not tapped for scope blocks, oh my. ;)
If you desire something modern grab a Ruger 1022. By the time you've finished adding all the aftermarket goodies it will be one of a kind.
Take Care

Ditto to Blinkme7182 re the Rem pump & I do think it'll shoot all lengths of .22s interchangably.

Another one of those "must have" shooters I haven't gotten around to picking up just yet ....

Far as "exotics," I've an old rebuilt Sears Ted Williams semi-auto tube-fed that has a strange spring-loaded sling-thing (comes outa the butt of the stock & snaps onto the fore end = makes a sling) ... kinda heavy all-in-all (& I don't have the parts for the sling-thing) so you could just call it an old semi-auto .... holds about 27 shorts (& does feed 'em all interchangably = a kinda nice feature, in my mind) ....

"Exotic" in a way these days IS being able to shoot everything "of cailber."

Russian Izhmash biathlon rifle - basically a "practical" target rifle suitable for field carry. Hey, you could even try a biathlon, which is a real kick! Less than half the price of an Anschutz, nice sights, fast straight-pull bolt action, 5-round mags swap quickly, and a tack-driver to boot. One good day I managed to put 6 shots into a ragged 3/4" hole at 50 yards - wish I could do that more often!

Garcia Bronco 22

I always thought these Garcia "skeleton guns" were kinda unique. A buddy has one, they look flimsy but are really stoutly built, they were quite the rage as coon hunting and trapping guns back in the '70s. Made by the same Garcia that makes fishing equipment. They're long out of production but you see them from time to time at gunshows in the $125 to $200 range.

Though it's a single shot it has what looks like two triggers. One fires the weapon, the one in front breaks open the action. What makes it unique is the entire barrel assembly rotates 90 degrees to access the chamber. I've never seen anything else like it. -- Kernel

How about one of those "Gatling Conversions" that links two or more 10/22's together with a crank?

I dunno about "weird" or exotic", but you need a Romanian .22 Trainer for your collection. $40 to $80 at http://www.gunsnammo.com.

They are remarkably accurate. Free-floated barrel(!) Typical East European engineering--simple & functional.
