Exercising my 1866 Yellowboy carbine

For the last few years I've been using my 1873s in CAS matches while my '66 has been gathering dust. So I thought it would be fun to show it a little love.

Though you won't see it on this video, at the end of the day the screw that holds the barrel band/front sight tight broke, sending my point of impact all over the place. I ordered a new band/screw from Long Hunter, I I should have it back in action soon.

Loved the video, I think the 1860 Henry and 1866 Winchester are 2 of the most beautiful lever actions out there... Did realize about the improvements of the Loading & fore-arm grip between the 2, But did not realize the improvement in the Manufacturing processing between the 2 models before...

Many thanks

Mike
