#1 - Recognizing that there is no other point of unquestionably clear demarkation, human life, with all the rights and priviledges thereof, begins at conception. A human life may only be taken to protect the clearly and immediately endangered life of an innocent.
#2 - The Bill Of Rights means exactly what it says. Any law that limits those rights, no matter how "reasonably" or how craftily worded, is immediately recognized as invalid.
#2A - Clarifications of meaning: A "press" is any medium for transferring a message, Athiesm is a religion, "well-regulated" means what it did when the Constitution was passed, searching anywhere or by any means beyond what is casually seen with normal eyeballs requires a warrant (yes, that include metal detectors and millimeter-wave imagers), everything on a warrant must be specifically justified on a case-by-case basis, speech includes computer software and encrypted communications and any natural language, nobody can be compelled to speak against himself even confidentially in the judge's chambers, <awright, what else did I miss>. That anything is not included in this clarification does not mean that any part of the BoR can be limited; the goal is to EXPAND rights, not limit them.
#2B - Rights do not include taking something from someone else, whether directly or indirectly.
