Haven't seen this come up here I don't think, but this is a pretty cool web site devoted to old military pistols and rifles. They have lots of detailed photos, and some animations on how some of the old guns worked, and now just started a YouTube channel, initially focusing on WW1 firearms.

I learned way more about the French Berthier and Lebel rifles than I ever thought I would, or quite frankly ever cared to know.

Good detailed photos of some fairly obscure stuff. Want to know what the sight picture looked like on a British Lancaster SMG? Here you go.
