anyone ever herd of, or know anything about this gun? if found it in a closet at my home, it looks complete and ready to fire, the barrel lines up good with the revolver piece so it may be shootable, but i would like to know a little more about the gun if possible before i go shooting a gun i know nothing about,... Thanks!

A quick google searched found this:

Same Gun, Different Name: The German Manufacture Small Frame Single Action is imported under various names including: Hawes, Deputy Marshall, Western Duo, Herters, Buffalo, Texas Scout, Omega, Excam TA-22, HS-21, Geroco Liberty 13, Kimel and Guy Jones, and many others

I would suggest having a qualified gunsmith look over the revolver before taking it out to the range - better safe than sorry.

I have the very similar Italian Tanfoglio-made TA-76 in .22WMR. Chrome over a zinc-alloy frame. Cheesy yellowed plastic grips. The original sights were so loose, it shot 12" high at 15 yards, with about a 12" group size ('pattern').
I installed a Colt 1911 rear sight, and a ramped front sight - it now shoots dead on at 25 yards, 2" group size. The trigger is quite good! Lockup is positive, and timing is good. These are solid little guns.
I love the cheesy looks - like the cap pistols of the sixties! I even found a funky little holster to heighten the image. :D
Great little shooter, and I love out-shooting several Ruger Singlesixes at the range.
Basically, these guns are the precursors and direct ancestors to today's Heritage Roughrider.
Cheap doesn't have to be 'bad'! ;)
