Has anyone ever used this brand of ammo. I'm thinking of getting a couple of cases of 28 gauge target loads. Does it reload well? I don't reload yet but may in the near future. Any info would be appreciated...

I bought a case of 12ga.......function ok in most of my 12guages....
in a 1200, the case head peels when bolt is closed.......patterned
at 25 yeards....not enough shot to remark on........my own opinion
is that I would never buy again.....by the way, the 1200 works great with my handloads and any other hull I feed it....just my own opinions!

The ammo's OK, but the hull is not the best choice for reloading. Stick to Fed/Rem/Win for the best hulls.

Estate made the excellent but now rare SWAT 00 some of us like a lot. Sure wish they'd bring it back.

28 gauge hull life is short,I understand. Good luck.

Dave McC if Estate Shells are just ok, what shells can i buy for around the same price that would be better. right now i pay 43 bucks a flat. Just wondered thanks

The Hull Elf shoots a 28 Ruger, and says the AA and STS are good, but neither will come in for $43 a case.

The ammo companies stick it to folks with non 12 gauges. They charge more for less lead, and powder. "Supply and Demand" makes a great cover for greed...
