"Good" depends on what you've already tried. You have obviously either reached a point where you feel you've mastered your current training techniques, or have yet to start. Which is it?

Not being snide, just trying to get a feel for what you're asking.

Use a 4 man team. 'Stack' three of them to one side of the door with the Team Comd (no.3) at the rear of the stack; number 4 is the door man and has a short barrel pump shotgun loaded with Hatton and/or RIP rounds (both made by Clucas).

Doorman initiates by either 1) taking both hinges off with the shotgun or 2) pop a RIP* through the door and then take the hinges off.

No.1 goes through the door with No.2 glued to his back, No.3 is usually one bound behind them to provide extra cover and to command.

1 enters and controls his arc of fire, 2 does the same; 3 holds back to provide back up for the pair. No.4 controls the doorway and watches everyone's backs from the door.

Verbal commands are kept simple: "Clear" on confirming the room is no longer a threat, "Close" to confirm the enemy is down and to plasticuff them, then "Out" to exit the room and move on.

If you do it right, it flows like a ballet movement. Naturally this is a simplistic overview, but it may stimulate thought and I hope it helps.

*RIP combines microscopic CS powder in a solid lump - it penetrates the door and then enters the room in an explosive gas form. Anyone behind or near that door will be instantly feeling not to happy anymore.
