I have a KelTec P-11 and a P-32. Tell me if this is far fetched.

The P-11 has a wonderful nickel job by Jack Fuselier and I am probably sending the P-32 slide in this winter if Jack has time to do it. I kinda wanted to personalize my guns by getting something cool engraved on the slides.

Am I nuts? Will I damage the guns by doing this, and if not, who does this kind of work?

One of the top engravers is in Owasso, Ok. I don't have his card handy so I can't give you any info on him. He has won the National Engravers Guild Award in Las Vegas many times over the years. About 5 years ago he won with a beatiful Walther PP. I bought a NIB German PPK .380 that I would like to have him do something like that to mine. One catch, $5000 and 2 years for the work to get done. He did offer to let me pay it out at $200 per month though, still hard to swallow. Granted, a Kel-Tec has much less area to engrave and you would pass on the gold Walther banner inlay on the ivory grips, but I still think that it would be too expensive to put onto a $200 gun.
