Engraved Glock?

That person has been trying to sell that thing for months. I cant think of anyone that would purchase that hideous monster. Maybe he figured that since standard ugly glocks sell for $450-600, making it even uglier would increase its value

I can't imagine $9500 for 2 NIB HK MP5s, let alone a Glock that has been defaced in that manner.

Just my opinion though.

I.G.B.

So where's the $9000 worth? Last time I checked engraving of this sort on a gun wouldn't run a fourth that. Maybe all the interior parts ate gold plated? Naw still not enough...

 Stuff like this is why I don't bother with Gunbroker anymore.

Its ridiculously overpriced, but I'm assuming he thinks its some ultra collectable in regard to being the "First" factory engraved Glock.

Doesn't look like anything special to me.......I have seen guns with much more engraving on it for half what that guy is asking.

This Glock has compelled me to make my first post here on TFL. I like GLocks a lot. My model 17 is a great gun, but WHAT THE @&^# is this guy thinking???!!!!!!

"hmmm...let's take an already ugly gun, make it uglier, and charge 9 grand for it! BRILLIANT!!! I'll make a killing!"

Sorry to repeat what the rest of you expressed with far fewer words, but...C'MON!!!!! 9000 DOLLARS!!! JEEEZ!

I'll go back to my cave now. Thanks for reading.

Somebody actually took the time to prove me wrong: it is possible to make a Glock more ugly.
I assume he has the $9500 opening bid in an attempt to get somebody to offer $2000 (what a steal!). Otherwise, he is just stroking himself over the internet.

Good grief.......

That's akin to wall-papering a Mercedes Benz!

Someone doesn't have enough to do................

You guys are all wrong.

There's only a handful of explanations for something so ugly, and so high priced.

1) Mike Tyson wanted a gun to match his gold capped teeth.
2) The Sultan of Brunei ordered this in a drunken stupor, then cancelled out when realized what he had done.
3) This guy just accidentally added one too many zeros to the price! :D

To quote my kid (14 years old)

"If you ask me, that sort of thing looks better on an old revolver. You sort of have to match the design with the shape of the gun."

I am proud of that boy.
