Encore modification

I put this in pistol as I am specifically interested in an Encore pistol, but it is just as relevant to Encore rifles and I know lots of rifle shooters don't check the pistol threads much.

Stubbing has been around for awhile quite a few guys have done it for H&R rifles. Check out D&T Customs he stubs a lot of barrels. He would be able to answer a lot of your questions.
