Emergency - need personal defense tips posted.

A few months ago someone posted some EXCELLENT personal defense tips they had obtained from a trainer. Awareness, etc. were all covered (it was not gun specific).

It was very long, pages.

I lost my copy of it.

Someone here posted of rapes occurring in broad daylight in a populated area where many go to exercise. There are women at my company.

Unfortunately, I am limited in the help I can provide - I cannot provide the advice, company-wide, that I should. (It would involve being armed).

However, I want to leave them with something that's politically correct enough to post. Dang, I wish I could remember some keywords for this thing to search for it.

I found it on my hard drive - it was women-specific; but GREAT all-around advice in general.

I'm not sure if I should repost it - I lost the author's name/nick.

Why not edit, condense and post, along with "Author's name lost". After all, you're not trying to sell it to anybody...And I doubt there is anything really new--there aren't over three gazillion books and articles out there. :)
