C Cactus New member Aug 2, 2000 #1 I just received my elk permit today in the mail. I drew an any elk tag in the Alkeli unit in Wash. State. This is the Army's Yakima Firing Range. They say that there are some nice elk out there. Does anyone have any knowledge about this area?
