I have always heard the roll pin in the Eliason sight will fail, and fail mine did today. Anyone know a source for a solid pin? By the way, the front sight roll pin from a Ruger Speed Six will work in a pinch.
Good luck with the solid pin. When the Eliason rear sight on my Woodsman Match Target had a solid pin I had a problem with the pin "walking out". When I changed back to the roll pin, the problem went away.
