Electronic shooting earbuds, with bluetooth

Hey gang. I have a question to see if a product exists out there. I'm looking for in-the-ear earbuds that offer:
  1. Wireless (or, over-ear & behind neck lanyard is OK)
  2. Electronic noise compression
  3. Bluetooth connectivity for music/calls
  4. bonus: magnification of low/background noises when not compressing
I plan to use these primarily for work while using a chainsaw, but they would work equally well for long days at the shooting range, too.

I found these:

Does a manuf. out there offer a product with best of both worlds?
