EEA Sarsilmaz ??

I have become a fan of the sar pistols. I have a K2 45 acp and b6p compact. I would like to get a full size 9mm. I can tell what the difference is between the b6 and the b6p. Both show full size pics. The look the same in the pics and description.? Here is the links. Any body a SAR expert?

Not a SAR "expert," but I was hoping to see the 10mm K2 get imported. SAR's website was showing a model so chambered. 15-rd mag capacity, as I recall.

But supposedly SAR's importer here, EAA, put the kibosh on bringing that model in because it would've competed directly with Tanfoglio's 10mm Witness models which they also import.

Too bad, because from all the user reviews of the .45 K2 model I've read to date, it sounds like a heck of a gun for the money - an all-steel, beefy, reliable, CZ-pattern double-stack pistol.

Would love to actually handle one in 10mm.

I would also love a k2 in 10mm. I already have a eea Tanfoglio elite match 10mm though. Its very nice.

I'm pretty sure they are the same gun. I have a K2 45 and am very interested in a k2p 9mm. Hard to beat for the price.

It's the same gun. When you order you'll be asking for the B6P. They are a truly fantastic firearm, especially for the price. I have 1000's rds fired without a single failure. They are on sale right now for $259-279.

Anymore, so far as I can tell the B6 typically means it is a B6P. There was a model called the B6 Hawk that had a steel frame, but I can't find it in stock anywhere so I don't know if it's imported anymore. The two you linked, if you look closely the SKU is identical for the full size model, so I think it's just bad website management on EAA's part and they should just get rid of the old listing.

The B6P was actually my first handgun. I liked it but ended up trading it in because I wanted something with a little more heft. Initially got a Taurus PT-92, which I ended up selling and getting a CZ-75B with the proceeds. For whatever reason, I think the CZ-75 pattern just feels better in a metal frame, but the B6P is an incredible value and I wouldn't mind having another one.

Nice looking pistol ... A SAR 10mm would be great .

I always expected Ruger would chamber the P90 in 10mm but it never happened ..
