My wife really, really, really wanted a snubbie .38 Special, so I ordered a Smith and Wesson 642 on Monday and picked it up yesterday. I even wrapped it up with Valentine's Day paper. Plopped on my desk, but I guess that I should have put it in one of the drawers because she saw it there yesterday evening.
I tried to tell her that she had to wait until next week to open it, but after 13 years, I guess I should know better. Good thing the indoor range was open late last night! Somebody was almost dancing in the lane!
And if you don't think that's romantic, why, a few years ago I took her to a hockey game for Valentine's Day. And we're still married!
