EAA Witness Polymer 10mm Questions

I'm interested in a compact, light-weight, corrosion-resistant 10mm autopistol (I won't mention black-bear defense for fear of starting another flood of postings on the subject :). I figured the Glock 29 was about the only game in town, until I heard about the EAA Witness. I like the CZ-75 pistols, so I did a little research, and these look like they might be just what I'm looking for (and relatively inexpensive as well). I prefer the traditional double-action to the Glock trigger system (I feel safer having a longer, heavier double action trigger, and I also like having the option to cock the pistol to get a light trigger pull).

Anyway, my questions:

- Has anyone used the Polymer (P-Series) Witness Compact pistols? What did you think?

- What is the "Wonderfinish" you can get on these?

- It looks like there may be a magazine/grip extension that essentially gives the compact a full-sized grip, but its hard to tell from the info I have. Is this correct?

- Anyone know a good source for ordering these?

- Any other comments on the Witness Polymer pistols, especially in 10mm?

Thanks.

Doug-
I own a Witness .45 steel full size. Having said that I will say that I have shot the 9mm polymer compact and the 10 mm full size steel. My friends own these and my understanding, they have never had a failure to feed in any of them, and accuracy has been fairly decent. The 10mm was stout but not unmanagable. I have seen the compact with the slide/barrel having the Wonderfinish on them. EAA literature states that the 10mm polymer has a 10 round capacity. I would email Tangfoglio if you have any questions about their firearms. I love my .45 and it is soft shooting and accurate. 100% reliability so far.

hmmm...i'm not sure that Tanfoglio / EAA is making a polymer version on the Witness in 10mm. i could be wrong, but the 10mm is not listed as one of the Witness polymer calibers.

I have both the full size and compact size 10mm. They are real nice guns. They both have the Wonder finish on the slides. The compact only comes in steel. The compact is very solid, and does not kick anymore than the Witness Compact .45.
