EAA Witness parts interchangable with CZ-75?

Are any of the aftermarket parts that are made for the 9mm witness fit on the CZ. Please excuse my ignorance, I am new to this pistol and am considering purchasing one. Anyone have any comments on the CZ-75 in single action, because thats what I'm looking at.
 
It's a mixed bag. Some parts are close enough to work, others need some smithing. Little things like the hammer's disconnect and hammer strut holes are larger in the Witness, but the hammer pivot hole is the same diameter as the CZ-75 (but not the same diameter as the CZ-75B version).

What sort of things would you want to change?
