I have a chance to pick up a set of DUNBAR reloading dies in 30-06, cheap.
Very clean, and look to be well made. Any one have any knowledge of dunbar dies?

I never heard of them, but they appear to look a lot like herter dies, rcbs, dies, and others. Is a two die rifle set, and are really clean.

I haven't heard of them either.
I have some old Pacific dies. Hornady bought them out.
And i've seen old Belding & Mull dies, along with a horizontal press.

If clean & in decent shape, i'd try them.

Dunbar presses were made in 1950's in Dunbar, WV. They were very well made and should last forever. A buddy had one and it was good for medium cases, but large cases were hard to size. They were made on same side of town as the Gravely Tractor.
