After trading my Ruger LCR in .357 for a nib PX4 C model I felt like I wasn't carrying with confidence. 9mm is good, the world uses it. But we're American and better than everyone!, from our standard size tools to our ammo.

So I took it and traded in my 4 day old PX4 for a Glock 32! that's .357 SIG. Now I feel better walking down the street.

p.s...i couldn't buy American gun for 2 reasons. Way to expensive and they cost to much.

You HAD an American gun, in an American caliber that was more powerful than either of the latter two guns.

Never had a 357 sig. IIRC you can get a spare bbl in .40 and it should work with the slide and the mags if you are so inclined. At least I seem to remember reading of that.

357 Sig is a great round, my personal carry caliber as well. It has almost replaced all my 9mm handguns. AS mentioned before, you can also just a drop in a .40 barrel and shoot cheaper ammo.....POI will be off though, due to the sights being setup for 357. A

...you'll feel bad when it is time to buy ammo though...

.357 Sig isn't cheap.

You should have stuck with the PX4c with good hollowpoint ammo.

If you spend too much time reading about calibers online, you soon won't feel safe walking down the street with anything less than a 45.

Sure it is, costs me about .03 more per round reload than 9mm.
