G day all, this is a heavily delayed thread as the opening was on March 20th this year. Never too late though.
We were hunting on irrigation channels through Rushworth Which is north west of Melbourne.
The main species of duck was the Wood duck which is the best tasting. You get the odd black duck and mountain duck flying through.
Our group shot 40 ducks all up for the two days hunting.
