Dual Tone Ruger Bearcat?

In a local pawn shop and stumbled onto this Ruger Bearcat.
I can't say that I've seen one put together in such a way before though I have read of some misfits that made it through the line in a similar fashion. Rather than trash them Ruger decided to send them out as "seconds" or "blemishes" as they call them. Not saying that it adds anything to the value, but saying that it is unique. I did contact Ruger and gave them the serial number and the gentleman on the phone did confirm that the pistol was sent out as a "blemish", and confirmed my description regarding which parts were stainless and which were blued.
Anyone else ever seen one like this before?

The pic quality is kind of crappy and I still can't seem to figure out quite how to show the image instead of the link to it, my apologies.

Seconds or blemishes back then---might be collector items tomorrow...

I sure wouldn't mind having one but the $445 price on the tag is a little too steep for me unless my lottery number finally comes in.
