Thanks for your earlier post regarding Kimber's screwup. Unfortunately you were right.
"Kimber, in their infinite wisdom of offering the Heritage Edition did so with an ambi thumb safety. The scope mount is not compatible with an ambi safety and you have to remove the right side thumb safety. You are then left with and unsightly hole in a very nice looking gun. Your options are to find some sort of plug for it or to have the ambi safety replaced with a regular thumb safety. Feel free to double check this. The information I have on this came from one of my gun rags a few months back."

Kimber seems to think there is nothing wrong. They have not gotten one call about this before me and were not aware of and such claim in a magazine. (Claim changes by employee) I was hoping that you might know where I could find the article regarding the issue.
