Double Barrelled .22 Smoothbore

no, because your bullets wouldn't be accurate - if you're talking about shootig 22 shotshells, then, for garden pests, it might work.......then again, the Brits had a "garden gun" that was IIRC bascially a 9mm shotshell or similar, meant for ladies and youths to handle pests
 
There are some out there. I saw an old Remington .22 smoothbore at a gunshow not too long ago that was from the '50s. Made for shooting .22 shotshells. I think they call them garden guns.
 
Many makers have made smoothbore 22's but the OP was asking of a double barrel.

If I remember correctly I saw one (this one was a side by side) a few months ago online while I was looking at 22's for sale. I do believe it was German made.

I wish I would have saved the photos and information on it. If I run across it again I’ll post a link.
