Double action(DAO), 22LR, threaded barrel: Does it exist?

I'm looking for a double action only, 22LR handgun that I can mount a suppressor on. I cant think of such a thing. Is there something out there?

I love my Taurus 94 22LR revolver, but can't mount a suppressor on it. Looking for a semi auto DAO equivalent that I can shoot quietly.

Sorry, about only DA I can think of at this moment is the Beretta M21 Bobcat but it's DA/SA. I've never disassembled one to see how to disable the SA sear. Alternatively, like LAPD used to do, the SA notch on the hammer was removed.

Glock 44 trigger is bad enough it had just as well be DAO.

There are Beretta and SIG .22s like M92 and P226 that could probably be rendered DAO.

I thought about converting a DA/SA to DAO, but I'm not sure if it's as easy as just filing off the SA notch. Some 22s might not have a safety notch to catch it if the SA notch is gone. Or that notch might not have been designed for repeated use. Definitely don't want any potential hammer follow through doubling or out of battery issues.

The now-discontinued SIG P250-22 is a true DAO, but I don't remember ever seeing a threaded barrel for one.

Not sure what your intended application is, but I would think the Glock 44 would work.
I want to practice a double action trigger (like a revolver trigger) with 22LR and a suppressor.

G44 is not double action.

The Walther PPK/S-22 comes to mind, but it's DA/SA, not DAO. However, it does have a decocker so you could just use the decocker between shots so that every shot is effectively double action, but the DA Trigger is so heavy that you'd probably decide against doing so.

What about the Ruger 22/45 lite? ITs threaded from the factory, and is easier to slowly cock first if you have the time to be quiet.

Best of 2021 to all!

I actually have two Manhurin PPs. One is chambered in 32ACP and the other in 22LR. You're right, the PP/PPK is DA/SA with a decocker (and an awkward one at that).

Not sure I'd want to modify that old classic by having the barrel threaded. Using the decocker wouldn't really be what I'm looking for anyway.

First time in history that someone wants to replicate the trigger pull of a Taurus revolver. And in a semiautomatic at that.:D

Taurus TX 22 has a threaded barrel and a long DA Glock style trigger.
https://taurustx22.com/ It is what the OP is asking for.
No, a Glock and the TX22 are not double action. Those are striker fired.

I'm looking for double action, like a revolver.

If it doesn't have a long, fairly heavy trigger pull, and it does not have second strike capability, it's not DAO.

Yeah, I realize it's an odd request, but you can't put a suppressor on a revolver (Russian Nagant aside) and expect it to work.

And DAO semi autos do exist. Apparently, just not chambered in 22LR and suitable for a threaded barrel.
