Does this seem like a good deal?

I've come across a Fausti Traditions Field 1 for $250, basically brand new. Do you guys think it would be worth it to buy it? Its a 12 gauge, but I'm set on 12s and would much rather have a 20. I was just wondering if this was a good enough deal that I shouldn't pass up on it. Maybe I could trade it straight across for a 20 in decent shape? I honestly don't really know anything about Fausti so any information or opinions any of you might have would be greatly appreciated.
 
The Fausti sisters, along with E Rizzini make decent guns to certain price points for various folks, including Weatherby. I would think for $250, if in decent condition, it would be a good buy. They are also building guns for Cabela's.
