Does this rifle exist?

Here are the specs for my next rifle:

16" barrel
Sights, but also tapped for scope
Bolt-action
.223 or 7.62x39
Accepts M-16 or AK-47 mags
Just under 6 pounds
Maximum $500

Two questions for y'all:
-what is the stock rifle that will come the closest?
-how much would the customizing cost, and who is a smith who would do it well?

I think about everything, except the AK mag issue, can be found in the CZ-527 American in 7.62x39. Cost is around $450.

I think part of the problem historically with adopting semi auto mags to bolt guns is that the mag springs need to be modified. I guess that the semi springs need to push the shell up a lot faster, so it gives the bolt guns a horrible feel. Robar makes a Rem 700 that accepts M14 mags, but the mags are modified.

You could probably adapt a 527 to take AK mags. I would ask over in the Smithy and see if there are any takers. I once asked George Stringer about converting a Vepr to FAL magazines. He said that anything was possible, provided you wanted to throw enough money at it.
