Does some wants to fire these bulletes or be fired by these !

Looking at bullet pricing... they charge the same for a 50gr .223 silver bullet as they do for a 330gr .500 S&W silver bullet. $50 for sterling, $65 for polished.

Either way, WAY above silver spot price.
 
I'd expect it to be above the spot price. Manufactured items are generally more expensive then the price of the raw materials going in.

Personally, I'm ordering some solid silver ones for dealing with werewolves.
