Does S&W own Walther? Under same company?

So what is the relationship between S&W and Walther? Are they under the same parent company? Does S&W own Walther? OR is S&W just a distributor that ALSO has a license to manufacture certain Walther firearms/parts.
 
S&W is the American importor, distributor and service provider for Walther. They do not own Walther and Walther does not own S&W. They license the American made PPK and PPK/S from Walther.
