The 625 is manufactured in both calibers in individual revolver; however, one gun won't shoot both calibers.

If the cyl is cut for moonclips (and thus .45acp) you can also chamber .45 AutoRims. If you have the .45Colt version it's about a $110 smith job to have the cyl cut to accept both Colt and acp (but not AutoRim because a lip is left behind to hold the Colts and that gets in the way of the ARs).
