Does HK know about this? HK on VPC website!

VPC's website came back up today, and I saw something that reminded me of HCI and Beretta - there's a crystal clear picture of a HK pistol on the website with the caption "Unsafe in any hands"

Talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen! Has anyone told H&K about this? I mean, talk about slander and libel and all the rest - these people are out there branding this poor defenseless, supremely engineered H&K as dangerous piece of equipment! There oughta be a law! Wait, there is! Hmmmmmmmm...... [evil grin]

Hopefully HK sues the hell out of VPC...

"[Even if there would be] few tears shed if and when the Second Amendment is held to guarantee nothing more than the state National Guard, this would simply show that the Founders were right when they feared that some future generation might wish to abandon liberties that they considered essential, and so sought to protect those liberties in a Bill of Rights. We may tolerate the abridgement of property rights and the elimination of a right to bear arms; but we should not pretend that these are not reductions of rights." -- Justice Scalia 1998

Yes, please give address, its lawsuit time!

I thought I'd seen it all, until a 22WMR spun a bunny 2 1/4 times in the air!

Look closely at the picture and you'll see that all identifying marks on the pistol have been tiled out. HK may be able to claim that the 'distinctive silhoutte' is enough to infringe on their business, but I doubt it. Who knows, maybe the site will get hacked again. It has been known to happen......
