At one time Colt did. I have one. EMF in California sell a line of imported clones and have .45 ACP cylinders that could probably be fitted to a Colt. However Colt's current S.A.A. have a different ratchet pattern then the original guns that EMF copied.
A Colt cylinder in some smaller caliber, such as .357 Magnum could be rechambered to .45 ACP.
