Does anyone do moonclip conversions for Rugers?

I see lots of places that do moonclip conversions for S&W revolvers, but none mention Ruger. Anyone know if you can get a moonclip conversion for a Security Six or GP100?
 
Bowen might. He lists a full moon .50AE conversion done of the Redhawk, he might possibly do .45 ACP or what not on a GP-100.

'Course those are full blown custom jobs involving re chambering and using rimless rounds. After thinking about it a bit do you might just mean the fullmoon .38/,357 conversion for the Smiths? Not so sure if they'd do that.
