I know a review is in another mag that can be found on the news stand. I had the one I believe you were looking for as well. If that magazine was the one that ayoop guy writes for followed up by many pictures of himself. A breif on the gun (I bought the M40 prior to seeing the review, but for many reasons they also brought up) The artical just gives three senarios as to how this new fangled gun could easily do the job (ex. ergonomics, many safety features, and something else I think it was the use of the easily aquired sights. If you don't know about the features, I would just try to handle one. I like that its a DAO with a short trigger pull, but I also like it having a manual safety which happens to require two hands making it antiambidextrous. Great sights once you get used to shooting at the point in the triangle, I get more and more accurate each time i take it out. The comments on brass ejection, dings and finish are true. I have not sent mine back and the brass has stopped hitting my forhead after a few hundred rounds. I have only shot a rental glock 100 rounds or so, and I feel the M40 was much more comfortable and accurate for me, but I am more accurate with a traditionally sighted P99, but its very close and I am still improving with my M40. Good luck.
