Does anybody have one of the Ti Taurus 9mm snubs?

Supposedly it's built on an "I-frame", I understand their isn't really any size different between it and a J-frame though. Does anybody have one? How do you like it?
 
I tried to buy earlier in the year. The shop was told it was out of production due to problems. I have seen one on-line. I finally got in contact with a friend who owns one. He said to pass on it. The Stellar 9MM clips were POJ according to him, RIMZ isn't making clips for the Taurus and it was having timing issues. The little revolver was hyped but, not able to live up to the hype. Taurus is trying to correct the faults and rintroduce this revolver. My own opinion and that of my friend, is this is a no-go model that will be dropped. Taurus has a bad reputation for doing just that.
 
A Taurus having timing issues? Say it ain't so... :D Had one like that myself.

Guess Taurus is still up to their same old tricks. Thanks for the advice.

Still would like to hear from other owners, especially ones with stainless models, what they think about their Taurus.
 
I didn't even notice that Ti. My friends' was/is stainless I believe. He is waiting for Taurus to get back on return for repair/replacement. They take their time.
 
You might look at a 9mm Ruger SP 101 ( if you can find one used.) I LOVE mine and wouldn't trade it for anything.
