DoD gives up on Absentee military ballots

Pentagon spokesweasel Ken Bacon claimed the DoD effort to force Florida to recount military absentee ballots was fruitless.

"We cannot instruct Florida how to interpret its own laws." said Bacon.

They could have, at least, instructed Florida how to interpret Federal laws that require the ballots to be accepted without postage or postmarks.

So, Cohen puts up a good show for a couple of days and then scurries back under his rock having looked like he really wanted to do something.

I'll bet the 82nd Airborne, the 2nd MarDiv and the Ranger Bat at Benning could "force FL to count the military absentee ballots"
Just imagine the fun when they got ahold of the whiny mouthed little lawyer skum.
"So you didn't want to count my vote, eh, lawyer boy? Hold still! This is gonna hurt!"
Semper Fidelis...Ken
