Do they make a flip rail mount

I have an Kel Tec Su2000. For those not familiar with them it has the feature to fold in half for storage or putting in a bug out bag. It folds with the stock meeting the upper half of the forend. What I am looking to do is have the ability to "swing" the red dot I have mounted to the side so as to be able to close the rifle as it was intended.
I hope I explained myself clearly in the description for suggestions.

Midwest industries makes one for T1/T2 style mounts.

Don't think that would work for my red dot, but the idea is what I am looking for.

B-Shot think they make something like that with a rail on top instead of the rings. That I think would work for what I am looking to do.

Not that I am aware of. You may have to go with another set-up like a quick release mount. Take a look http://www.opticsplanet.com/red-dot-sight-accessories.html maybe you can find something that works.
