Do LE agencies adjust sharp shooter triggers?

A buddy and I were discussing this and can't come up with a mutual decision. If they do approximately what # are they set at? And are there any liability issues regarding agency adjusted triggers? Thanks
 
During my 25 years in LE and 24 of those being a firearms instructor, NO modifications were allowed, especially lightened triggers.

If you want a light trigger on a marksmans' rifle, buy one that comes that way or have it adjusted "professionally" by a factory authorized individual or business.

The world of liability in LE these days is like a can of worms.
