I was thinking, do criminals clean their guns?! I mean, bank robbers...after they get clear -- do they clean their gun???

I hope so...even a criminal's gun deserves to be clean. Except that they tend to be more accurate.... Oh great, I can see the next NRA-Government compromise: crimnal's guns are not allowed to ever be cleaned to due the accuracy/leatality increase.

I doubt it. I have a friend who's owned a Glock 9mm for several years now and never even laid anything too it. No oil, not solutions, no brushes.

Hoppes is about 45 minutes from my house. Around Coatsville, there are quite a few criminals roaming the streets. I wonder if they get a discount... ;)

K-mart certainly seems to think Hoppes should be considered a controlled substance.

I went into a K-mart the other day and observed that EVERYTHING firearms related was locked up behind the counter. Hoppes, bore brushes, targets, etc. Maybe the next wave of restrictions will be tight controls on items that might possibly be used by criminals' illegal guns.

Ironically, the same store had blister packs of razor-sharp broadhead arrowheads on the shelf at kid height an aisle away.
