DNC Chair: Gore should concede

Fox News is now reporting that the head of the Democratic National Committee has called on AlWhore to concede both publicly and personally.

If the Top Dawg of The Party thinks he should quit, that might start a landslide of other Democrats.

DNC can talk, but does algore listen? I don't think he will concede until the electors cast their votes. What does he have to lose? He is done in politics for the next four years at least. I'd wait the electors out if I were him.

Sadly, I agree with MP. Just a couple electors that are bribed/blackmailed can screw us.

Saw that. Gore immediately trotted out the Co-Chair to state that loyal attack dog, Rendel, was speaking only for himself. After months of self embarrassing Gore-isms, Ed Rendel's career with the Party is now over, IMHO.


I've used the term "rats deserting a sinking ship". I'd just never seen the phenomenon. Time to re-read Animal Farm with contemporary appreciation!

Rendell is looking at running for Governor of PA when Tom Ridge's term is over in 2002. THis is just posturing to make him look like a sane person in the eye's of PA residents. He will probably be squaring off against Bob Casey Jr.. Casey Jr. is the son of former Governor Bob Casey. It looks like PA will have a DEMONcRAT Governor when Ridge's term is up. Rendell is a snake. Don't know much about Casey. Mike Fisher will be the Republican nominee, but I don't think he can beat the other two. PA is a wonderful gun loving state now, but I'm afraid a decline is on the way.
